WHAT IT TAKE TO BE A LEADER?

Many times i asked myself, WHAT IT TAKE TO BE LEADER! leadership, determination and motivation for others. I guess i don't have this three in me. I said this it is because I've make a huge mistake today.
As usual every Sunday went to work. Every afternoon Uncle always stress me to bringing all the stocks from the lorry to upstairs and everyone is working fast enough. I yelled at one of my colleague ( David ) to stuck things properly on the board.
What a HUGE mistake i did. I don't why i always have this habit of scolding my worker to move fast. Perhaps i don't understand the flow of it. I shouldn't had yelled at him as he is learning in the mean time. PLEASE CONTROL YOUR TEMPER, I've said many time to myself but failure again.
After this incidents, I'll make sure this wont happened it again. Finding ways to lead them to work fast and get things done properly. To gain the respect from others.
School start tomorrow morning, again I'm here at this hours rotten. Staying up late, wake up early, stressing on reports, project and lecture notes. Other hell training again. This time round, hopefully my GPA would either maintain or Rise to 3.5 before I go for UNI. Because i wanna make my MOM proud of it.
Need to cope well with studies, work and also YV06 camp. This gonna be a new challenge for me.
